We understand plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for Puja bookings made on Vedacharya.online.
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, refunds are calculated based on how far in advance of your chosen Puja date you cancel:

| Less than 24 hours before, or after the Puja has been performed | No refund |
You may reschedule your Puja to a different date, free of charge, if requested at least 24 hours before your original booking date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
In the rare event that we are unable to perform your Puja as booked (for example, due to priest unavailability), we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost, at your choice.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Cashfree Payments, and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
