These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Vedacharya.online and any Puja booking made through this website. By booking a Puja with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Vedacharya.online facilitates the booking of traditional Puja and religious ritual services, performed by priests engaged by us, according to Vedic tradition and customs.

2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking, via our payment partner, Cashfree Payments.
Prices shown at the time of booking are the prices that apply to your booking; prices may change for future bookings without affecting a booking already confirmed.
A booking is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including your name, contact details, Gotra, and Sankalp (purpose of the Puja). We are not responsible for errors in the Puja arising from incorrect information provided by you.

4. Nature of Religious Services

Puja and other religious rituals offered through Vedacharya.online are performed in good faith, according to Vedic tradition, by engaged priests. These are acts of devotion and faith. We do not guarantee any specific spiritual, material, or personal outcome as a result of a Puja being performed.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Vedacharya.online unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vedacharya.online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Sikar, Rajasthan].
